iDry Columbus — SMS programme terms for customers of our restoration services.
Effective and last revised: August 10, 2026
iDry Columbus · 614-810-0000 · idrycolumbus.com
If you asked us to, we send text messages about a restoration job we are doing for you — and nothing else. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, buy or trade phone numbers, and we do not text numbers obtained from a lead provider, a partner or a list. Your consent is given directly to iDry Columbus, for messages sent by iDry Columbus about your own job.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can say no and still book the work, and we will email or call you instead.
Roughly 2–6 messages for a typical job. A long drying job with daily monitoring visits may be more. When your job is finished, the messages stop.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything for these messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation from your carrier and nothing after that. Stopping texts does not affect your job — we will simply email or call you instead.
Reply START to begin again, or HELP for help. You can also just tell us: call 614-810-0000.
Either by ticking “Text me about my job” on our request form at https://crm.idrycolumbus.com/c/request-help, or by telling a member of our team on the phone when you book, which we record on your customer file with the date and who took the call.
The box is never ticked for you. Giving us a phone number is not consent — not on a form, not on the telephone, not on an estimate. We text nobody who has not asked us to, and someone who replies STOP stays opted out until they text START themselves; our own staff cannot switch it back on.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
